Shuttle Buses

ASMS will provide shuttle busses per the information below.

Harbor East Hotels

Buses will service these hotels on a fixed loop: Courtyard, Homewood Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt Place, and Tru by Hilton.

SUNDAY

3:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Buses will circulate between hotels and Baltimore Convention Center, approximately every 15-20 minutes

MONDAY-WEDNESDAY

6:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Buses will circulate between hotels and Baltimore Convention Center, approximately every 15-20 minutes.

8:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Buses will circulate between Hilton Baltimore (hospitality suites) and hotels.

THURSDAY

6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Buses will circulate between hotels and Baltimore Convention Center, approximately every 15-20 minutes.

7:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Buses will circulate between hotels and National Aquarium, approximately every 15-20 minutes.

Other Hotels

These hotels will be served in the evenings only, on-demand style, according to the schedule below: Hyatt Regency, Sheraton, Royal Sonesta, Residence Inn, Sonesta Hotel, Hampton Inn Downtown, Renaissance, Kimpton-Monaco, Lord Baltimore, Hampton Inn Inner Harbor, Staybridge Suites, Springhill Suites.

SUNDAY

7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Buses will be available for on-demand service from the Baltimore Convention Center to other hotels. Onsite liaison will help group attendees by hotel.

MONDAY - WEDNESDAY

8:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Buses will be available for on-demand service from the Hilton Baltimore (hospitality suites) to other hotels. Onsite liaison at Hilton will help group attendees by hotel.

THURSDAY

8:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Buses will be available for on-demand service from the National Aquarium to other hotels. Onsite liaison at Aquarium will help group attendees by hotel.
