Lodging at the La Fonda on the Plaza

The conference venue is the La Fonda on the Plaza in Santa Fe, NM. The ASMS room rate was lowered from $229 plus tax to $199 plus tax. If you booked a room at $229, you will see the lower room rate when you check in.

Roommates

If you wish to share a double-occupancy room, you are responsible for securing your own roommate. To assist with this process, please use our Find a Roommate Google Sheet, which helps connect attendees seeking a roommate match.

Check the Google sheet often to find others that have signed up. We encourage email contact and possibly a Zoom or chat to connect with a possible roommate. Once a hotel reservation is made for a room with 2 beds, please contact the hotel to confirm the 2 beds, provide all guest names. You can also request special split billing directly from the hotel.
