To protect the health and safety of all attendees, all ASMS Annual Meeting attendees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (defined as having received the last required dose of a CDC or WHO recognized vaccine no later than May 15, booster is recommended but not required) OR to submit proof of negative test result within 48 hours of arrival at the convention center.

ASMS will again partner with Safe Meetings (a division of HealthWell Corp, a HIPAA-compliant organization), to provide vaccine verification or negative test result verification services for the ASMS 2022.

All attendees must create their own Safe Meetings profile in order to print name badge. All attendees should create their account per instructions below no later than May 25. Once an attendee has printed their conference name badge this must be worn at all times in the convention center and at any offsite events such as hospitality suites at the Hilton.
