Poster Reprint Requests

Use the My Reprint Requests Button in the Online Planner or Mobile App

The "request reprint" feature in the app allows attendees to request more info from a poster presenter. We hope that all presenters will take advantage of this feature and follow-up with each attendee that requested more info about their poster.

If you requested a reprint from a poster via the app (or online planner), you will see a history (list) of posters you requested more information from.

If you presented a poster you will see a list of attendees that requested a reprint of Your Poster in addition to a history/list of any posters you requested info from. Please take the following action if there are attendees that "requested a reprint" of YOUR poster.

  • As the poster presenter, YOU need to follow-up with these attendees. You will be able to email yourself a CSV/list of attendees that requested info by sending a .csv to yourself which includes their email addresses.
  • Compose an email to each attendee that requested a reprint and attach your poster as a PDF to the email and offer to answer questions, provide more information.

Troubleshooting Tip: There is an issue with some devices in the native mobile app where you will see a message "Failed to validate user credentials". If this happens to you, please go to the Online Planner on your laptop (https://ativ.me/yiy) or go to the Web Version of the app on your phone and sign in. This issue does NOT occur in the web-based version and you, as the presenter, will be able to access your request list.
