Cancellations.  Written notification of registration cancellations received on or before September 7 will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.

Information for Conference Registrants

All conference attendees are invited to pick-up their name badge and program book on Friday, October 5, 3:00 - 6:00 pm in the Chapel.  The Chapel is also the location of all sessions, posters and evening mixers.  

If you have reserved a guest room at Asilomar, please check-in at the front desk located in the Phoebe Hearst Social Hall.  All rooms should be available for check-in by 4:00 pm on Friday --and perhaps a bit earlier.  Note that your room reservation will be listed under your last name (family name).
