Conference and Short Course Registration is Open

Advance deadline is April 30. After April 30 all fees increase by $50. All short course registration will close on May 24 or earlier based on capacity.

Want to Register at the Member Rate?

You must pay 2024 dues BEFORE you register for the conference or a short course. We are unable to refund if you accidentally register as a non-member.

Deadlines

APRIL 30: Advance registration deadline for conference and short courses. Fees for all increase by $50 after April 30.

MAY 24: All short course registration closes on May 24. Course registration may close earlier if course capacity limit is met. There is no onsite registration for short courses.

JUNE 3: Closing event ticket sales close on June 3. Purchase your ticket before June 3. It is strongly recommended that closing event tickets are purchased BEFORE printing your conference badge onsite.

If you are registering someone other than yourself or if you wish to pay by check or mail/fax, use this printable registration form. For persons based outside of the USA, payment is by credit card only. Note: We do not provide invoices. If your department requires an invoice, use the printable registration form (link above) and submit to your department so they can pay for you by credit card.

Want to add-on a short course or closing event ticket to your existing registration? Simply return to online registration and purchase the desired items. It's that simple!

The online registration system allows for purchase of one companion badge and one companion closing event ticket. If you need to purchase additional companion badge / companion closing event ticket, please contact info@asms.org for assistance. Thank you!

Companion Badge for Guests

A companion (guest) badge is a $10 fee under 'Additional Items' in Online Registration. This is intended for NON-scientific attendee such as a spouse or companion. Guests are welcome to attend the opening reception on Sunday evening and visit corporate hospitality suites. Guests are not permitted in the technical sessions (orals, posters, workshops).

Purchase of a guest badge is required IF your spouse or companion wishes to attend the closing event. Once a guest badge is purchased with your registration you will have the option to purchase a guest closing event ticket.

Conference Registration Fees 2024

Fees increase by $50 after April 30 (advance registration deadline).

ASMS Members*: $250 regular ($300 after April 30), $115 students^†($165 after April 30), $0 emeritus
Non-Members: $500 regular ($550 after April 30), $200 students^†($250 after April 30)

*To register as a member, ASMS dues must be processed by ASMS before conference registration. See Membership page for details.
^†To qualify for the student rate you must be enrolled full-time in a degree program up to and including the Ph.D. at the time of the conference.

Remote access to content. Technical meeting content defined as abstracts for posters and orals, live broadcast and recordings of oral sessions; any uploaded content by poster presenters (PDF of poster or short video) is available to all conference registrants. For those not able to travel to the meeting, remote access to content may be of interest. Take advantage of advance member registration fees for a reasonable cost for this material. $80 membership dues + $250 conference registration ($300 after April 30).

Short Course Fees 2024

All fees increase by $50 after April 30 (advance registration deadline). Short course registration closes on May 24. Courses remain open for registration through May 24 IF capacity limit is not met.

ASMS Members*: $500 Two-day courses ($550 after April 30), $375 One-day courses ($425 after April 30)
Non-Members: $850 Two-day courses ($900 after April 30), $625 One-day courses ($675 after April 30)
Students (member and non-member): $180 Two-day courses ($230 after April 30), $100 One-day courses ($150 after April 30)

NOTE: Fee for two-day course DMPK: Experimentation and Data Interpretation is increased by $173 to cover cost of required textbook

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for refund must be sent to info@asms.org on or before May 15. After May 15, no refunds. For cancellation requests received on or by the May 15 deadline, a $50 is deducted from the total refund to cover the cost of handling and processing.

Are You Already Registered?

Follow steps below to discover if you are already registered for the 2024 annual conference.
Go to ASMS.org and sign-in
Select 'My Account' in upper right corner to open Your Summary in new browser tab.
If you are registered you will see a green checkmark under Conferences next to '2024 ASMS Annual Conference' and you will see a corresponding Payment Receipt. See screenshot below for example.
If you need to register, select Upcoming (also shown in screenshot) and go through the registration process NOW.
