Pharmaceuticals IG Workshop at ASMS 2012 in Vancouver: Characterization and quantitation of antibody drug conjugates
Group Coordinators:  Matthew Blatnik, (Pfizer Corp.)  and Chris Turck, (Max Planck, Germany)

Coordinator contact

The workshop will be concerned with a challenging area in mass spectrometry, the analysis of antibody conjugates where a small drug molecule is covalently linked to a large protein. Topics that will be discussed by a panel of experts and attendees include intact protein analysis, pharmacokinetic profiling, stability profiling by relative quantitation of degradation products to monitor bioavailability, matrix effects (plasma, tissue culture cells), mass deconvolution.

In order to enhance our discussion during the workshop, we have developed a survey to help gauge interest and select panelists. Please click on the link below and complete the survey by March 15, 2012. Please be as complete as possible in your responses, and feel free to forward the survey to coworkers or students who are likely to attend the user group meeting. This survey should only take 5 to 10 minutes.

Thank you for taking part in the survey and we look forward to your participation in the workshop at ASMS 2012.
