ASMS welcomes corporate support of the Winter Conference. Each year a new topic is selected. This small, focused conference (max 150 people) can provide a company a unique opportunity to reach highly-targeted customers.
Corporate member companies with a commercial interest in the Winter Conference topic, are invited to participate as a conference sponsor. The sponsor opportunities at the Sanibel Conference are listed below.
- $1,000 for Literature Handout at the Corporate Literature Table. The Corporate Literature Tables are shared tables setup near the registration desk and in the Poster-Break Room. Send your handout and we will keep it stocked at both tables throughout the conference.
- $3,000 for Tabletop and Poster Board Space in the Poster-Break Room. The table is for literature only. No equipment may be displayed. There will be electrical power to run a laptop.
- $3,000 for Reception Sponsorship. The sponsorship includes signage during the reception (please choose Friday, Saturday or Sunday) acknowledging your company’s support and a one-page black & white advertisement in the conference program.
