Posters. The Sanibel Conference poster session provides an opportunity to present your work in an informal setting that includes refreshments and ample discussion.
Promoted Talks. The conference will also have a limited number of talks selected from abstracts slots in the program. Presenters of these abstracts will receive a complimentary registration and also be assigned a poster board for their poster.
When submitting your abstract, please indicate in your email message whether or not you wish to be considered for a talk.
Abstract Guidelines.
Prepare as a Microsoft Word Document.
Page Size: Formatted for 8.5 x 11 inch paper.
Margins: 1 inch all around: top, bottom, right, and left.
Length: Abstract may not exceed one page in length, including figures and acknowledgements.
Title: Center title, authors, and affiliation at the top.
Figures: Figures and graphs must be embedded in the document. Do not use linked or attached files.
Header/Footer: None. Do not include a header or footer in your abstract. Do not insert a page number.
Review your abstract carefully before submission. Abstracts will appear in the conference program exactly as submitted.
