On-site conference registration will open at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 19 and will be open through the conference. Registration is located in the West Building of the Vancouver Convention Centre. On-site registration fees are $50 more than fees listed below. There is no on-site registration for short courses.

Advance Conference Registration Fees

ASMS Members - $150.00*
Non-Members - $300.00
ASMS Students - $75.00**
Student Non-Members - $120.00**

Short Course Tuition Fees

Two-Day Courses
ASMS Members - $400*
Non-Members - $700
Students - $150**
Add $91 to each category for MS in Drug Discovery & Development and add $65 for Protein Structural Analysis to cover special text book included with these courses.

One-Day Courses
ASMS Members - $300*
Non-Members - $500
Students - $75**

Registration Deadline

Advance registration for conference and short courses will close April 30, 2012. Those who have not registered by April 30 may register on-site at the convention center beginning Saturday, May 19, 2:00 – 5:00 pm, Sunday, May 20, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, and Monday through Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. An additional $50 will be charged for on-site registration.
There is no on-site registration for short courses.

One-Day Registration

Available only on-site and may be purchased for a maximum of one day only. One day registration is $175 and includes printed program, but no conference proceedings and no access to web casting.

CANCELLATIONS

To cover the cost of handling and processing, $40 will be deducted from the total refund for cancellations. Conference registration cancellation requests must be received by May 11, 2012. Short course cancellation requests must be received by April 30, 2012.

*To register as a member, ASMS dues for 2012 must be processed by ASMS prior to conference registration. If you register as a member, and dues payment has not been received, the non-member rate will be charged. Become a member of ASMS now.

**To qualify for the student rate you must be enrolled full-time in a degree program up to and including the Ph.D. at the time of the conference.
