The ASMS Conference Proceedings is a valuable record of the oral and poster presentations at the meeting. Authors are strongly encouraged to submit their contributions to the Proceedings. Posters and slides from oral presentations may be submitted in their entirety. Alternatively, a summary of the presentation including representative figures (an "extended abstract") may be prepared. All submissions must be in PDF format. Refer to the following resources for preparation of your submission: Guidelines for Preparation of ASMS Extended Abstracts and Guidance for Generation of PDF Files (for Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft products). Conversion problems have been known to occur with the use of non-standard fonts. In order to minimize the chance that your submission will contain unreadable/mis-converted text, it is recommended that only standard Windows/Mac fonts be used. (Refer to http://www.msfrontpage.net/fp/ans-standardfonts.htm for additional information about fonts.) A wide variety of alternative software is available for generation of PDF files that should be satisfactory as long as standard fonts are used in the source document.

File Submission. Your presentation must be submitted on-line prior to the conference. Login to the ASMS account used for abstract entry. Click here for the Proceedings submission file upload page and then click "Select" next to the appropriate abstract title and follow the instructions for file upload.

Publication. In addition to appearing in the conference Proceedings, posters, slides from oral presentations and extended abstracts will be available for viewing one day after the talk or poster has been presented at the conference. Visit the Search Abstracts page to view the Proceedings files the day after they have been presented.
